'Empire' From PaulO'G: Crusading Ancient (57 points)

All my historical 'Empire' figures and projects are in deep storage back in Oz, so today we fast forward to a future Empire: The Imperium of Man in the 41st Millenium, where stalwart warriors of the God-Emperor strive to hold myriad threats at bay.


Ineptus the Vexillifer 

Joining this Crusade toting a war banner of the Black Templars is this Crusading Ancient. He inspires his brethren to fight for their Emperor and shows the way, smiting foes with his super hot blade of smiting! 

A little bit of OSL goes a long way, and was fun to do

A new model released last year specifically for my army, so of course I had to get one (what a sucker!). He was fun to do, though I did suffer a bout of 'analysis paralysis' on shield.

I figured you cant have enough payers so I inscribed the back of the banner too

Submitted as a 7 point Primaris sized model for the "Empire" bonus round (with 6 skullz)

All in John Blanche inspired 4 colour "Zorn palette"

    I love the script on the back of the banner!

    Is that a full or demi-skull on the banner shield? ;-)
