'Empire' From PaulSS 6mm 1815 French - 132pts

1815 Marked the end of the First French Empire. After a year in exile on Elba Napoleon escaped, retook France and eventually saw defeat at the Battle of Waterloo.

Last challenge I started on some 6mm 1815 French to use against my Prussians - you can find my last post here - shamefully I'd not painted another figure for this collection for nearly a whole year .

The first of the new additions is a battalion of French light infantry to join the seven battalions done so far.

The movement trays are from Warbases and allow me to deploy them in either column or line.

The standard is a bit rough, the pre-printed Baccus ones are a bit to big for the figures, so this one was knocked up with paint markers.

The next unit added is a regiment of Chevaux Legere lancers, representing the 6th Lancers, although at this scale they really could be any of them.

The second unit of this light cavalry brigade is the 4th Hussars.

I needed a few more commanders for our General d'Armee 2 games so these represent a CinC plus three Brigadiers

Finally a battery of artillery comprised of three 6pdr guns and a howitzer.

Fifty 6mm mounted plus 56 foot and four guns with the Empire bonus should add 132 points to my total.
