'Water Feature' from DaveX: Japanese Hei Class Minesweeper and Achi D3A

This painting challenge has seen me embrace Japanuary and the Cruel Seas Japanese Fleet.  I have now painted all the ships in the Fleet Box including the bonus Aircraft during this painting challenge!

 For this bonus theme "Water Feature" I couldnt think of anything more fitting that finishing off this box set by painting the Hei Class Escort Minesweeper and the Achi D3A "Val" Imperial Japanese Navy aircraft.

 I don't know what this will yield me in points but the aircraft is teeny tiny and the ship is about 23cms long and has 22 crew painted!  I am also participating in the SD3 Naval Themed duel so this should give me a great boost!

    Nice work! I like the shot of the fleet, it gives a good idea of the very different sizes of vessels.

    Very nice work on the ship, I like the weathering especially as it is hard to do at a small scale, looks great.
