'East' from JonathanO: East-Meg Invasion Force

"After years of meticulous planning, Supreme Judge Bulgarin of East Meg One launched the Apocalypse War against Mega-City One."

My entry for the East theme round is a set from the Judge Dredd Miniatures game by Mongoose Publishing / Warlord Games.

I am trying to compete in each bonus round using figures I was planning to paint during this challenge anyway.   I purchased the Judge Dredd starter box set and a couple of additional boxes a while back.  Now that I have this East-Meg force complete, I need to work on some Mega-City One forces to oppose them!

The force consists of a Senior Sov Judge, 2 Sov Judges with pistols, one with a carbine and one with a flamethrower.  Additionally, there is a Sov officer with Satellat drone and the dreaded Sentenoid.

The Senior Sov Judge:

 Judges with pistols:

Sov Judges with carbine and flamethrower:

Sov Officer and Satellat:
The drone came with a black stand, but I replaced it with a Games Workshop one.
Sentenoid:

These figures were by Mongoose Publishing (who had the Judge Dredd miniatures licence) and distributed by Warlord games.  They are no longer available as the AD2000 licence for miniatures has now been taken over exclusively by Warlord Games.  Hopefully, there will be some new releases for Judge Dredd from them in the future.  I like the comic book look and I think these figures will be suitable for other sci-fi skirmish games too.

  7. Nice. The sentenoid is jolly intimidating but the humans like a bit like Christmas elves in the red and green ... until you see the ordnance they're packing.

    1. Maybe the sentenoid could be disguised as a Christmas tree.
